What is DART?
DART (Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer System) is Korea's official electronic disclosure system, operated by the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS). It serves as the central repository where all publicly listed Korean companies must file their mandatory disclosures.
Think of DART as Korea's equivalent to the U.S. SEC's EDGAR system.
